Mayo Clinic is seeking a full-time Clinical Social Worker to join our Integrated Behavioral Health (IBH) Team. This outpatient role enhances access to behavioral health services and supports population health. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, including Psychiatrists, Psychologists, APRNs, RN Care Coordinators, and Primary Care Physicians, to provide evidence-based behavioral health care and coordinate transitional care and support related to social determinants of health. QualificationsTo be considered for this position, candidates must possess a Master's degree in Social Work.
Licensure/Certification
Current LICSW through the Minnesota Board of Social Work (MN BOSW) is required.
