Thrift World is a leading thrift store chain in the Omaha Area, dedicated to supporting local communities through the sale of donated goods. With a focus on customer service and community impact, we strive to make a positive difference in the world, one donation at a time.

This position is located in the Kansas City Area.

Pay $16/hour plus bonus opportunities

Benefits- health, dental, vision, PTO, 401K, employee discount

Hours- Full time Monday-Friday 7:00-3:30

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver in loading and unloading donated items at various locations
• Ensure all items are handled with care and transported safely
• Provide exceptional customer service to our donors and partners
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle
• Communicate effectively with team members and follow directions from the driver
• Assist in the warehouse as needed

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 50+ pounds
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
• Previous experience as a driver helper is a plus
