La Traviata Italian Kitchen is an established, locally sourced food-driven Italian restaurant originally known for its long history on Congress Avenue now proudly serving the Southwest Austin community. We re growing our team and looking for both a part-time Host and an experienced Server to join our front-of-house.
Saturday, Sunday, Monday (with opportunity to pick up additional shifts)
$15/hour + tip pool share
We re looking for:
Warm, polished personality with genuine hospitality instincts
Attention to detail, strong communication, and calm under pressure
Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance
Team player who supports both guests and staff seamlessly
Duties include: greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, assisting with service flow, and contributing to the welcoming tone that defines the La Traviata experience.
Schedule:
~4 shifts per week
$2.13/hour + tip pool (averages highly competitive earnings)
Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years experience in upscale dining
Solid wine knowledge (Italian experience a major plus)
Excellent communication, timing, and table management skills
Team-oriented attitude and commitment to exceptional guest service
