💼 What You'll Be Doing

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the face of Imperium Roofing in your territory. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Door-to-door canvassing
  
   
• Educating homeowners on roofing solutions and insurance claims
  
   
• Managing your own client relationships and pipeline
  
   
• Overseeing projects in the field and ensuring client satisfaction
  
   
• Communicating with customers and company staff throughout each job
  
   
• Collaborating with a winning team to grow new territories

💰 Compensation & Expectations

• 💼 1099 Independent Contractor Role
  
   
• 💸 1st Year Potential: $110,000–$200,000
  
   
• 📈 Long-term potential: $250,000+
  
   
• ⏱️ Work 40–50 hours/week (flexible scheduling, but full-time hustle required)
  
   
• 🛠️ CRM/Software Tools Provided: JobNimbus, CompanyCam, WhatsApp
  
   

🧠 What You’ll Need to Succeed

🔹 3–5 years of sales experience Required (roofing experience is a big plus )

🔹 Strong work ethic, self-motivated and ready to grow

🔹 Valid Driver’s License and Reliable mode of transportation (preferably a truck)

🔹 Able to lift 50 lbs and climb ladders and get on roofs (ladder required)

🔹 Willingness to work outdoors and walk neighborhoods daily

🔹 Excellent time management and communication skills

🔹 A team-player mindset and strong moral values
