We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Resort/Hotel Travel Specialists . In this role, you’ll assist clients in planning their dream vacations by booking stays at top resorts and hotels around the world. This is a remote, flexible opportunity —ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel, hospitality, and customer service.
You will be affiliated with a reputable, award-winning travel agency with over 70 years of industry experience. A dedicated website with a search and booking engine is provided to help your clients book directly or with your assistance.
Client Consultation:
Engage with clients to assess their vacation preferences, budget, and specific resort needs (e.g., beachfront, family-friendly, adults-only, luxury).
Itinerary Planning:
Coordinate all aspects of travel, including accommodations, transportation (flights and transfers), insurance, and necessary travel documents.
Destination Expertise:
Stay informed on top resort destinations worldwide (Caribbean, Mexico, Central America, etc.) and recommend local attractions and excursions to enhance each trip.
Passion for travel and customer satisfaction
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent time management abilities
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Reliable internet connection and basic computer literacy
